How to change banner background color in AbanteCart Cart

I would like to change the background color of the front page rotating banners (those blue color #00A1CB)
Can not find it in CSS, even when search by color number, can not find it and the color is still there!

the slide is an entire graphic,  you need to make our slide to whatever look you want.
The are added into the Banner Manager as images
