Quantity Pricing Between Products

I need to create a manufacture based discount.

Example:  All NIKE apparel gets counted toward the a quantity value.

Buy 2 Nike products get 10% Off, buy 3, get 15% off, etc.

I don't use customer registration.

How can I pull this off?
