Set Special Pricing Offer

Does anyone know how to set Special Pricing Offers? I'm stumped!

Not for sure I know what precisely what you are asking,  but it might be about "sale" prices.   If so, 

Catalog → Products → Edit product → PromotionsHere's a link to the docs about it:

Go to Catalog Page → Products Page → Edit product → Promotions and After you set Special Pricing Offers in abantecart
