How do i install ABANTECART on Hostagator server

I have downloaded Abantecart and i have saved it on the hostgator server.I need assistance on how to install it successfully on the server.

Iam new to Abantecart and have tried to follow the instructions on the website but it is not working.

Any help or advise will be highly appreciated.
