Не могу установить русский язык для сайта и админ панели. Расширение русского языка которое идет в комплекте не устанавливается. При установке расширения выбивает в белый экран браузера.

Can you look at the error log about error and post it here so we can help you.

the error log is empty. no mistakes. when you install the language throws in the browser as img.2. you may need to change something in the settings of xampp?

журнал ошибок пуст. ошибок нет. при установке языка перебрасывает в браузер как на img.2. может надо что-то изменить в настройках xampp?

1. share the actual url for img1 & img2
2. share url setting that you are using system->setting->store url (both of them)
3. share .htaccess file
4. do you see img2 when u try to install any other extension as well?
5. Can you re download the extension from https://github.com/abantecart/abantecart-src/tree/master/public_html/extensions/default_russian  and try again after clearing system cache and browser cache/cookies
