Admin Login File not found (404 error) after 1.3.0 update

I recently updated to Abantecart version 1.3.0 using the message link on dashboard.  Now I cannot login to Admin area to see or make changes to dashboard.  I get error message "File not found (404 error)".  I have Linux Hosting with cPanel through GoDaddy.  Any ideas?

Any more details in the log? Does it say what file is missing?

what php version do you use?
Also please check erro logs inside public_html/system/logs directory.

PHP Version 7.3.6  Last error message: 2021-02-28 15:41:34 - warning:  AbanteCart core v.1.2.16 Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in <b>/home/n4nw4b6udvja/public_html/admin/model/tool/updater.php</b> on line <b>131</b>  Not sure how to decipher what file may be missing.

What that mean?
You can open admin login page and 404 error appears after form submitting?
Or you cannot to open page with login form?

I get 404 error after clicking on login button.  Something is corrupt from updating.
