Fedex Extention API Credentials

I have filled in all the correct credentials and keep getting this message when I test.  Any ideas what is going wrong?

Are you sure test credentials are good? Check for spaces in credentials.
What happens if you turn the test mode off?

I am positive on the credentials, no spaces as I manually typed in everything and if I turn it off - i get the error code it's turned off...  I love this program for so many of the features, but some of the basics just don't like me lol.

Hello. Type the password again, save and then test.  Take a note these credentials a not the same you enter to login to your FedEx account. It is an API credentials you receive when your Fedex account approved

I am working with what fedex sent, but maybe I missed something.  Going to uninstall and reinstall the app first to clear whatever tomfoolerly I have created and redo again.  I will watch for the api test.  please cross fingers for me lol.

Okay, so I didn't have the test info  - client didn't realize I needed it.  My fault for not catching it sooner for sure.  When I plugged in the test info - I still get the same message, I did noticed that fedex provided a test url.  I have never worked with a fedex extension so I know i'm a total newbie on how to do this test and connect properly.  I know I'm doing this testing and setup all wrong.  Is there a step by step for dummies?

We're WHY2 in the MarketPlace and we have several enhanced shippers including one for FedEx.  This is not a suggestion to buy our extension,  but we do have some really great manuals  and it will help you to understand what you need to do for the correct creds for the FedEx extension,  including the default one you are working with.   The part about the creds is in the setup section about half way thru it.

Thank you for the info.  I am going to go through it today.  I love and hate Abante at the same time.  lol.  I have great success in some areas and WTF moments with the end stuff like payments and shipping.  You might just be my saviour .  Have a great day.

ended up calling Fedex, and they refused to support their app stating it's a third party app, not theirs.  Pulling Fedex for now as well......I'M totally frustrated lol.
