suggestion to HTML 5 for mobile device

Nowaday, many mobile phones have a screen bigger than 4.5 inches with high-resolution.
It is suggestion that a button on mobile HMTL 5 template to let user to choose to view the website by desktop version/view.

Yes! A button for mobile to toggle a Full version view!

If possible to trick media query to change to full screen it should be possible to create a button to switch to full screen.
