Paypal problem Not sure why..

Hi, i recently had two order was place on my site. Paypal , has complete the transaction but on the site doesn't show buyer place order. I am not sure why is not showing on user's account. Does shopping cart come with Payment Data Transfer (optional)
something that can have my customer back to my page order get place in..

Help here..

Are you using PayPal Standard? What version of AbanteCart?

I think this is common problem if customer does not wait for browser to come back to your site after paypal payment.

We are working on PayPal Express Checkout that will solve this problem. This will available in 1-2 weeks.

You can also try PayPal Pro.

i just want to say i love this product! It it perfect.. except i cannot get the PayPal Standard to display at the checkout, i am running the latest version of both Paypal and the cart.. my testing area on the domain is: team-prep . com / AbanteCart

do my clients REALLY have to upgrade to paypal PRO JUST to see the paypal checkout feature?

i did un-install and re-install the PayPal plugin too...

idk what i am doing wrong... please help!! ty so much in advance!!

Please check your PayPal extension settings.

1. Is it enabled?
2. Do you have any specific location set for payment?
If yes, make sure your customer account is in that location
3. Do you have any total min or max set?
4. Check if you have auto-select ON. This skips payment section if only 1 payment available.

ok ty so much for this reply, i will def check all of this again.. maybe the combo of settings i have is not correct... (obv right.. lol)

it is enabled (has been enabled up top Status: On )
i have all locations now (was just USA)
(also where do i view/find this customer account info you speak of.. on the cart back-end or in PayPal..? ty just wondering)
Had a min of 1 now its nothing.. max was nothing still nothing..
auto select was on and this is the ONLY way to checkout.. so now its not selected...

i tried again after a hard refresh and still no options show at all..

i fig keeping the optional all bare-bones it would at least show it.. but no luck..

i am stumped kind sir..

hey - this is a acreenshot .. i will give ftp access no prob.... i also am running cart ver 1.1.6  but.. i did install it off the cPanel softaculous auto install.. maybe it didnt get the right files??

YES!!

i went BACK TO MY SHIPPING SETTINGS! ok here is the deal..

i was getting familiar with the cart & it's settings .. the ui.. etc.. (excellent responsive layout btw guys!)

i set up the UPS shipping and then click default_cod in the setting .. NOT even realizing it was for Cash On Delivery PAYMENT option.. idk why i didnt know.. just didnt click for me lol.... (so i mess up right away lol)

i then continued to set up the paypal.. and in the midst of all that testing and seeing errors..(bugging me out) ..
i never went back to the SHIPPING EXTENSION I SELECTED that dictates the PAYMENT option. (its a live and learn thing..)

so after installing, re-installing, re-doing, all i had to do was install the paypal standard, then go back to shipping (my case UPS shipping) and then select the default shipping method, WHICH no longer says default_cod,  it will say default_pp_standart ! :D
