Restricting Products to Customer's Logged In

Good afternoon,

Is there a way to set products where they are only visible to customers that are logged into the cart? Essentially hidden from anyone without an account.
Furthermore, can new user accounts be set up where I can approve or deny them, instead of the account automatically being active?
