Admin log in for dummies

I am new to creating a webpage and I never received an email with my admin info.  I cant request the info because i dont know what the username is to log in and i also dont know the password

The login, password, and administration login details are entered by you when you install the AbanteCart.

the issue with that is/was that i didnt copy that thinking i would get an email welcoming me to AbanteCart. 

now what do it do?

Hello.
You can grab your admin email from the database. It is in the _users table. Than restore the password via the forgotten password form
