Quickest way to add options

I have 10 options for price depending on material/size.

Do I have to enter these options for every product individually (I have 800 products) or is there way to add the same 10 options to every product automatically.

All the products are already on the website but I now want to add different size availability to each product

I've tried global attributes but I can't see anywhere to add different prices, just a way to  list attributes (colors or sizes etc) but nowhere to change the price of those colours or sizes. Or am I missing something?

After you create an attribute, add it to the product

Yes, that's what I've done, but when I add it to the product I then need to add 10 prices in the option values.

Do I have to add the 10 option values to every single product or is there a way to do it once on one product and then just copy it over to all the other products?

Isn't the global attribute just a basic template that I then need to add options to on every product or am I misunderstanding the role of global attributes? Can you add different prices in the global attribute?
