Dashboard images not displaying well after upgrade to the latest version

Attached is a screenshot of how my dashboard looks like now after the upgrade. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Usually if you clear the cart cache  they will display correctly.   In admin left pane,  under System > Cache
Might have to clear your PC too.

I've tried that already, even the browser's cache, cookies, etc. Still not working...

do you have cdn enabled?

did you perhaps close the admin panel after you cleared the cache , usually just need to do the images

My hosting provider uses cdn services which I don't have control over.
