Few Questions For New Project

Hi I got a new project and was wondering if AbanteCart can handle it. The requirement I have is for a wholesale seller and he has multiple clients.
Question 1 : He would like to assign discount to people with same domain means he has customer1@domain.com, customer2@domain.com .... so he would to assign let's say 5% discount to every person who logs in with email address that ends with @domain.com
Question 2: He would like to control some part of discount meaning in some products it should show actual price $100 and they get 5% discount so new price is $95 and in some products he doesn't them to show $100 it should say direct $95.
Question 3: if there are 5 people from same domain @domain.com  they all should see purchase history for every purchase made by the company in whole.


I know this will require some coding but is there any extension available that can handle it or any other work around?
