Enquiry about shipping

Hi

I have installed default_ups and set the status as "ON".
I have installed default_flat_rate_shipping and set the status as "ON" and the flat rate will be applied a specified location only for example Singapore.

Hence, when a customer who is located in SG and purchase some items and checkout, the system did not display the flat rate shipping.

Why is so?
Please guide me as customer(s) who located in SG will need to pay a flat rate and others can choose the type of shipment.

If location in shipping settings is set properly, shipping options should show.  Please check that location is set correctly.
