Unable to Edit Personal Details in Account Section

Hope you're doing well,

I'm encountering an issue where, when I go to the "Account" section and try to edit my personal details, no form or fields are visible on the page(See the attached image). There are no error messages displayed on the page, and even the Admin Panel shows no errors.

I'm unable to edit my personal information, and I'm unsure what the issue is. Could someone please help me resolve this?

Check that you have the CustomerFrm in the Design -> Form Manager

Thank you for your support! I have a CustomerFrm. and I'm attaching a screenshot of them! when I click on Edit then there are not fields inside it. What fields needs to be added?

Honestly, I have no idea if I removed the fields or not. Could you please help me recover them and guide me on how to readd the fields again?

If the form shows up but contains no fields, it usually comes from one of two situations:
1. The upgrade of the store was not completed properly. When the upgrade is unfinished or fails
In that case, the correct fix is to restore the backup you made before the upgrade and run the upgrade manually to ensure all components are installed correctly. The manual upgrade instructions are here:

2. If fields were manually deleted from the database (this is not recommended). You can compare all forms with the demo store to see what fields should exist and recreate the missing ones if needed:
