i am getting:

Paypal webhook PAYMENT.CAPTURE.COMPLETED: order ID 15297
Paypal related OrderId: 5UY95258CG8521246 but not found in the database.
what may cause the error and what is the fix?

apparently the error is on some random orders, could it caused by the buy now button?

or you had test with two instances of the same store.
or you have placed an order and then have reinstalled the cart.
