I'm just starting a store and when i go to access my site in firefox i get a white page with the message Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead
anyone know how i can fix that ?
Thanks

Hello.
Do you have a SSL certificate installed?

Hello.
That Firefox warning usually means there's a problem with the SSL certificate on the site.
Try opening your store with https:// in front of the domain. If Firefox still shows the warning, the SSL certificate may be missing, expired, or not set up for the correct domain.

If your hosting has cPanel or Plesk, look for SSL or Lets Encrypt, many hosts provide a free certificate there.

The SSL certificate is really important.

Hi, that Firefox warning almost always points to an SSL certificate problem: either none is installed, it has expired, or it was issued for a different domain. In my experience the quickest fix is to log into your hosting panel (cPanel or Plesk), open the SSL section and enable the free Let's Encrypt certificate for your domain. After that, try loading the store with https:// in front. If the warning is still there, tell us which host you're on and we can look closer.
