Good Day once more -  I require changing the verbiage (actually add a disclaimer after the information) on the emails sent to the customer through the status section of orders administration - sales > orders > order #* > status & comments

I did a search in admin for the statement "Please reply to this email if you have any questions. " and went to each email listed there and proceeded to add my disclaimer.  Went to orders, changed the status and checked off "notify customer" but none of the dislcaimers showed up in the email I received.

Basically, my question is how to change the emails sent to the customer - all of them would have the same disclaimer at the bottom.

Hope this makes sense, having more coffee now just in case.

All the best
Ron

ps - and while I'm here, just want to add that this is one hell of a cart and the support is very very helpful - strongly suggest everyone making a donation - even a small one, so we keep the development continuing and the support we get.
AbanteCart is one hell of a shopping cart.  Donate once in a while and keep the development plus support going.  --  That's my opinion and I'm stickin' to it!

all "texts and words" that used in UI we calls language definitions. You should to go to menu system->localisation->language_definitions and filter definitions by translation, for ex "Please reply to this email if you have any"
You will see 3 definitions. Just edit text for one of them and then test.
