SOLVED: Cannot find how to set favicon

Good Morning - I am not able to find where I setup my favicon.  Did a search in admin and found nothing there and did a search here on the forums and found only posts from 2012 relating to template 512.  Using 1.1.7 and HTML 5 template.  I'm pretty sure that I'm missing something that must be obvious.

System -> Settings -> Appearance. Look for Icon
