Expertise can any one help me i want to make some changes in the footer of admin panel can any one gudie me the location of the same in admin panel so that i can make the necessary changes.i treid but was not able to find the same .

Hello.
Go to Admin - Design- Layout select page your need to edit see documentation
Also you can create new block in Admin-Design-Blocks and then enable it in Layout section see Blocks manual

i want to change the links and the words which are there at the footer which has the wordings such as documentation etc for more info please see the attachment i have highlighted the section in yellow the blue footer am talking about.
