footer & admin panel customizarion

hi, all am using version 1.1.8 my issue is that i want to edit the my storefront footer where there is powered by AbanteCart cart my template is default_html 5 you can have link of my site and view the exact issue i had made the changes in languages but the word AbanteCart cart is still there can any one help .

on next thing when we lo gin in the admin panel  at the right hand top corner there is a box

AbanteCart V1.1.8 is a current shopping cart version. New in version: New Improved Digital Products, Admin voice command controls, PHP 5.4/5.5 and MySqli support and many more   

i want to remove that could any one help me in the customization
