Social Media Icons in html5

I am using the html 5 template. The social media icons are gray. This is a violation according to facebook and twitter. When I downloaded the icons for editing, the files are correctly colored. I just need help in finding out why they are gray and where to change this.

These icons are grey as per default template design. You can change this if you want.

These are located in 'Social Icons' HTML block in blocks section of admin.

Yes. you can upload your own images for icons and change CSS.

I've done that... as long as you keep the size and colors matching, it looks stunning.
