contact us form cant translate

Can someone tell me where do i find to translate this contact form? i tried in language definitions but couldnt find

Is it possible to get a name of that form "Contact us" so i can find it with filezilla and edit it?

In the admin panel, use the search function to find that information. It should give you the path.

Try this -

go to System > Localization > Language Definitions

Search for  content_contact  in the BLOCK

You are looking for the ones with the key staring with ENTRY_

You should be able to fix your language there
