Here am in tangle my problem is that i have store located in india but the product will be shipped worldwide .Now the issue is that the product which will be delivered within India will be free shipping method .where same out of india there will be standard shipping rates how is it possible to configure the rates for individual products so that my issue is resolve please help me

You could (temporary) create shipping costs for every country as a separate product / article.

So clients "buy" the shipping as a product...
