Where can I see in the admin who´s online and what part of the shop they are visiting and if they are buying anything ?

you can download a free chat software in the internet

just google it

one of them having the most complete fitures is:
http://www.mylivechat.com

you can see the visitors who are online - from where they come from - what page they are visiting
and also you can invite them to chat with you once they visit your website

so the stats are not yours. Better stick to piwik.
