Currently you need to extract the information from the database. There are no reports within Abantecart that will give you the stock reports you're looking for.
There are lots of ways to generate custom reports from databases. You can export directly to an excel spreadsheet and work up a report. or you can find some report generators that will help quickly format your reports directly. If you're not using something already, take a look at this one
