For  store owners, nothing is more important, but customer!
so here is a list of features that need to be included on the next release.

*Option  to view their order history and transactions
* Option for  customer Service tab  for example exchange, charge back, returns.
*Option to add CompanyName
*Option To register their products for warranty
* percentage discount for wholesaler or Dealers or VIP customers
*Drop Ship option ( example bill to wholesaler and ship to their customer)
*Search customers by company name , phone, Zip Code, Email etc.

Sounds like a custom solution or extension. Not every ecommerce site needs that.

*Search customers by company name , phone, Zip Code, Email etc.

This is interesting. We can think of advanced search for customers.
