ssl certificate trouble logging in

Hi i had a new ssl cert put on my site from vidahost and since it has been put on i have had a problem logging in . i have asked twice for password to be reset but it is saying it doesnt recognize username or password. i HAVE PUT A SUPPORT SLIP INTO VIDAHOST AND THEY  cannot find a problem help!

hm.. i don't know relation between ssl-certificate and login procedure
ssl-cert is part of webserver side, not abantecart.
