Receiving Spam Emails

Hi All,

I seem to be receiving a lot of spam emails marked "Enquiry" in my messages inbox which when opened, relate to lots of things like "New Casino" or "You can't miss this offer". I'm using the Mail setting in Abantecart and I'm not sure how to set this up so that anything like that gets blocked. Does anyone have any advice please?
