Cannot place items in cart

Recently changed and updated my SSL certificate, and now I am unable to place items into the shopping cart. The cart buttons appear to be active, but after clicking to place an item in the cart, I am taken to a page that tells me there are no items in my cart.

Something in how the SSL is set up or connected appears to be blocking the creation of cookies, effectively disabling the cart. I am at a loss for what I can configure differently.

Both Store URL and Secure Store URL are set to https:

The url you post is not working and redirect to another path.
Try to disable temporary .htaccess redirects
